Day 1 Chengdu / Beijing / Xi'an to Lhasa
Lhasa airport picking up, have a good rest to acclimatize the high altitude in the afternoon, overnight at Lhasa.

Day 2 Lhasa sightseeing (B)
Today you will visit the World Heritage Sites of  Potola Palace, Jokhang Temple and explore the bustling bazaar along the Barkhor Street, overnight at Lhasa.

Day 3 Lhasa sightseeing (B)
The escorted tours today will cover some other highlights of Lhasa - the Drepung Monastery, the Sera Monastery, both of them are Gelupa Monasteries. And also you will visit the famous Dalai lama summer palace - Norbulingka. overnight at Lhasa.

Day 4 Lhasa /Yangbachen hot-spring / Namtso Lake(B)
Today make a day tour to Namtso Lake. You will be driven on the Tibetan Northern grassland, distance view the Nyenchen Thanglha snow mountain ranges, and pass the Nargen-la. Namtso Lake is the sky lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet, also the highest salt lake. You can do a bit trekking at the lake side. Afternoon drive back to Lhasa. Overnight in Lhasa.

Or the one day trip to Yamdrok Lake, 240Km, 4 hours (B)
If it is impossible to visit Namtso Lake, then we will arrange you to visit Yamdrok Lake instead. Morning drive along Lhasa River to Chushul, then cross the Chushu bridge, drive up to Gambala pass, where you will see the holy lake Yamdrok-tso. Drive down the riverside, you will have plenty time free to hike around the lake. Afternoon drive back to Lhasa. Overnight in Lhasa.

Day 5 Lhasa airport /train station dropping off (B)
Morning Lhasa airport or train station dropping off, end the trip.
