Photo shows that Tsering, a businessman from Gyangze Township of Gyangze County, is selling rugs in the Lhoka material & culture exchange fair.

Starting from 1981, the annual Lhoka Prefecture material & culture exchange fair has been successfully launched for 26 times with a gradual increase on scales, commodity varieties as well as turnover. In 2007, the number of businessmen in the fair has reached 6,173, 4.6 per cent over the previous one. The displaying commodities include rural people's daily necessities, folk handicrafts and etc.
