Day by Day Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Beijing Arrive at the Beijing Capital Airport, be met and transferred to hotel by your guide and driver, have a good rest by your own.
Day 02: Beijing (B+L+D) Today you will do the sightseeing tour to visit the Tian'anmen Square , Forbidden City, and Temple of Heaven. In the evening a lively Peking Opera performance at Liyuan Theater will be arranged afer dinner at Beijing Roast Duck Restaurant. Then drive back to your hotel, free on your own. Day 03: Beijing (B+L+D) Breakfast in the hotel, then pick you up at your hotel by your guide and driver at 8:00am in the morning, arrange the full day tour to visit the Great Wall at Badaling (you can choose to take cable car, 60RMB per person on your own) and Ming Tombs. After dinner drive you back to hotel, free on your own. Day 04: Beijing Xian (B+L) You will take an afternoon flight to Xi'an after visiting the Tibetan lama Temple and having 1.5 hours citizen life excursion at Hutong by rickshaw. Upon arrival at Urumqi airport, to be met and transferred to your hotel. Day 05: Xian (b+L+D) Breakfast in your hotel, and arrange the full day to visit Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Xi'an City Wall. In the evening after the local specialty - Dumpling Banquet as dinner, you will be entertained with the splendid Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show at Shanxi Theater. Day 06: Xian Lhasa / Tsedang (B) Today you will board the flight to Lhasa, where the altitude is 3,650 meters above sea level. Upon arrival at Gongga airport, to be met and transferred to Tsedang, check into your hotel and have a good rest to acclimatize the high altitude.
Day 07: Tsedang - Lhasa (B+L) Morning visit to the Yumbulakang Palace and the Trandruk Monastery. Travel to the bank of Yarlung Tsangpo River by car. Then take the ferry with local Tibetans to visit the Samye Monastery which is believed to be the first Monastery in Tibet with a history of over 1,200 years. Late afternoon drive to Lhasa and check into your hotel. Overnight at Lhasa
Day 08: Lhasa (B+L) Today visit the World Heritage Sites of Potola Palace, Jokhang temple, and Barkor Market, and also arrange local Tibetan home visiting. Overnight at Lhasa. Day 09: Lhasa (B+L) Today visit two large Gelupa monasteries Drepung and Sera, and the Summer palace - Norbulingka, overnight at Lhasa. Day 10: Lhasa Chongqing (B+L+D) Take a morning flight to Chongqing, our Chongqing guide will pick you up at the airport. Visit the old street of Ci Qi Kou (Porcelain Village) and the Residence of General Joseph W. Stilwell. After dinner you will be transferred to pre-board your luxury president cruise. At 22:00 your memorable Yangtze River begins. Day 11: Chongqing - Fengdu (B+L+D) This morning the ship will stop at Fengdu, where you will visit the Ghost City, which is famous for its temple dedicated to the King of the Underworld, an association dating back to the Han Dynasty. Afternoon the cruise will sail through Qutang Gorge . Day 12: Badong - Xiling Gorge - Sandouping (B+L+D) Morning sail through Wu Gorge, stop at Badong, you will take a small junk for a close-up view of the breath-taking natural splendors along the Shennong Stream. You are sure to be impressed by the dexterity the team of trackers as they push and haul the wooden sampans over the rapids. Back to the cruise to continue your cruise into the western section of the Xiling Gorge and pass through the five-step ship lock. Day 13: Sandouping - Yichang Shanghai (B+L) Visit the site of Three Gorges Dam Project in the morning, then sail the eastern part of Xiling Gorge, disembark at Yichang around 13:00. To be met and transferred to Yichang airport for the flight to Shanghai. Shanghai airport picking up and transfer to your hotel.
Day 14: Shanghai (B+L+D) Breakfast in the hotel, then pick you up at your hotel by your guide and driver at 8:00am in the morning, arrange the full day tour to the Shanghai Museum, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, the Yu Yuan Garden and Bund Area. In the evening enjoy the Portman Acrobatic Show at Shanghai Centre Theatre. Day 15: Departure from Shanghai (B) Free on your own, then Shanghai airport see-off service and end the trip. Note: Shanghai has two airports: Hongqiao Airport (15 km west of the center of Shanghai) and Pudong Airport (30km southeast of Shanghai). Please make sure you go to the right one for departure.

If a single client requests a twin room alone, the single room supplement will be charged. 3. Daily lunches and/or dinners remarked in the itinerary; 4.
