Introduction:

Sichuan highlights tour includes Chengdu 2 day sightseeing, 3 Day Grand Buddha and Mt.Emei Golden Summit and 3 more day to 'Oriental Apls' Siguniang Mountain and Wolong Panda Nature Reserve.

Day 1 Chengdu airport pick up
Chengdu airport pick up and transfer to your hotel. Have a good rest at the first day. Overnight at Jindi Hotel (3 star standard hotel).

Day 2 Chengdu city one day sightseeing (B+L+D)
Morning around 08:30 pick you up from your hotel, drive to visit Qingyang palace which is a Taoism temple with a history of more than 1,000 years; then visit the Thatched Cottage of Du Fu, the former residence of a very famous Tang poet. Du Fu wrote more than 240 poems at this cottage reflecting the sorrows of the village. Have a taste of local sichuan snacks for lunch.

Afternoon drive to visit Wuhou temple, which is built for memorial of one Shu kingdom premier during Three Kingdom period. Then have a walk at old Jinli street next by. Late afternoon drive to visit Wenshu Buddhist Temple, which was built during the Tang Dynasty, it is the largest and best-preserved Buddhist temple in Chengdu. The complex consists of almost 200 buildings decorated with exquisite relief carvings dating back to the 17th century. Have the wonderful taste of the vegetarian food at the Temple for dinner. After dinner drive to enjoy the cultural show - Sichuan Opera, which lasts for 1.5 hours.

Day 3 Panda Base and Sanxingdui Museum (B+L+D)
Morning 07:30 drive to the Chengdu Panda Base which is one of the most successful of these institutes. You will catch pandas' feeding time, they are at their most active. Later then you can go to watch the film at Panda Museum to know the panda daily life, Baby getting birth, ect. Have local sichuan dishes for lunch.

Afternoon drive to Guanghan Sanxingdui Museum to learn Shu culture which was featured by bronze, jade, potteries articles. You will be astonished by its amazing and mysterious culture. Sanxingdui Museum will take you about 2 hours to explore. Then drive back to your hotel and have a rest. Overnight at Jindi Hotel.

Day 4 Chengdu - Leshan Grand Buddha - Emei city (B+L+D)
Morning around 07:30 pick you from hotel to Leshan Grand Buddha, takes about 2 hours high way along the beautiful scenery of Chuanxi Plain. Visit the Grand Buddha by walking up to Lingyun mountain, have a very close to see the Buddha you need to walk down by the zig narrow path to the foot of the Buddha, and you will find out a lot of stunning small buddha statues around the Giant one. Visit the temples on the top back of this Buddha. You may take a boat to take a photo for the whole buddha.

After lunch, drive to Emei city, check in and have a good rest. Overnight Emei Shan Hotel.

Day 5 Full Day Mt.Emei half mountain Sightseeing  (B+L+D)
After breakfast drive to visit Baoguo Temple, then take the local sightseeing bus to Wannian bus Park, upon arriving you can choose to take a cable car or walking about 40 minutes to Wannian Temple, which was built in Tang Danasty and is the biggest temple at Emei scenic area. Then visit Qingying Pavilion, Niuxin Temple along the way to Monkey area. Emei shan is very famous for monkeys, but please be carefully of them.
 
Have lunch at Wuxiangang, take a local sightseeing bus up to Leidongping (1.5hours), then take a cable car to Golden Summit. If you are lucky enough, you may see Buddha Rays and saint lamps. Overnight at Golden Summit hotel or other hotel available.

Day 6 Golden Summit - Chengdu ( B+L+D)
Early Monring go to see sunrise at Golden Summit, visit the Huazang temple, or you can take the local small train to Wanfo Summit, in a clear day you will see the Gongga Mountain which is the highest peak in Sichuan, called 'the King of Shu'. After lunch take sightseeing bus down to the foot of Mt.Emei, drive back to your chengdu hotel and have a good rest. Overnight at Jindi Hotel.

Day 7 Chengdu - Siguniang Mountain Shuangqiao Valley (B+L+D)
Departs Chengdu around 7:30am, pass through Balang Mountain, grassland. Arrive at Rilong town then head to Four girl mountain scenic one valley Shuangqiao valley. In this gully, you can view more than 10 snow mountains over 4,000m high, all the peaks, trees, grasslands, streams, and water drops are completely bared in their natural being, untouched and unspoiled by man. Overnight at Rilong Town Jinkun Hotel.

Day 8 Changping Valley sightseeing (B+L+D)
Morning drive to Changping Valley, which the four girl mountain lies inside this valley. And only part of its roads are open to traffic, so you need walk or ride horse to explore it. The valley mainly consists of forests, valleys, and snowy mountains towering over valleys. Overnight at Rilong Town Jinkun hotel.

Day 9 Rilong - Chengdu (B+L)
After breakfast drive back to Chengdu. En route visit Wolong Panda Nature Reserve. Drive back to chengdu, check in and have a good rest. Overnight at Jindi Hotel.

Day 10 Chengdu airport dropping off (B)
Chengdu airport dropping off and end the trip.
