In Lhasa, you will visit the World Heritage Sites of the Potala and Jokhang Temple and the Barkhor Pilgrimage circuit, the huge monastic institution of Drepung and Sera Monastery; in Tsedang, visit tibet's first Palace Yumbulakang, tibet's first monastery Samye Monastery; on the way to Gyantse, have a glimpse of Holy Lake - Yamdrok Lake; In Gyantse, visit the famous Gyantse Kumpum Stupa; In shigatse, visit the seat of Panchen Lama - Tashilhunpo Monastery. Day 2 Lhasa sightseeing (B+L+D) Today you will visit the most wonder of Tibet potala palace, Jokhang Temple and Barkor Market, overnight at Lhasa.
Day 3 Lhasa sightseeing(B+L+D) Today you will visit Drepung, Sera Monasteries and summer palace Norbulingka, overnight at Lhasa.
Day 4 Lhasa / Samye / Tsedang (B+L+D) Morning drive to Tsedang, located by Yarlung Valley, it's reputed as "the cradle of Tibetan Civilization. Visit Samye Monastery which is believed to be the first monastery in Tibet. Late afternoon visit Yumbulakang Palace - the first palace in Tibet. Overnight at Tsedang.
Day 5 Tsedang / Yamdrok Lake / Gyantse (B+L+D) After breakfast visit Yumbulakang Palace - the first Palace in Tibet. Then drive up to Kambala pass which is 4794m high, you will have a glimpse of Yamdrok-tso there, which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. After having lunch at Nangartse county, keep driving along the Friendship southern Hwy to Gyantse, visit the famous stupa - Gyantse Kumpum, the most stunning architectural wonder in Tibet. Overnight at Gyantse.
Day 6 Gyantse / Shigatse / Lhasa (B+L+D) After breakfast drive about 90km away to Shigatse, upon arrival at Shigatse visit Tashilunpo Monastery and the spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas, do its kora. Afternoon drive back to Lhasa along the friendship way. Overnight at Lhasa .
Day 7 One free exploration in Lhasa on your own.(B)
Day 8 Lhasa airport /train station dropping off (B) Morning Lhasa airport or train station dropping off, end the trip. 1. Meals (Remarked in the itinerary);
